Edward E. Telzak, M.D.

Dr. Edward E. Telzak is an Infectious Disease physician and Internist  in the Bronx, NY.  Dr. Telzak graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1980.  He completed a residency in internal medicine at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston and subsequently completed a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Harvard Medical School-affiliated hospitals: Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Center and Beth Israel Hospital. Before SBH Health System, Dr. Telzak  worked at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center.
