Placement and Eligibility Screening Hours


The Federal Work-Study Program is located in the Financial Aid Office at

Willie Administration Building 160 Convent Avenue Room 104, New York, New York 10031.  

Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 4:45pm
Friday Closed (By pre-arranged appointment only)

 

Placement and Eligibility Screening Dates


Summer 2017:

Placement and Eligibility Screening begins on August 20, 2017 in the Financial Aid Office. 

Fall/Spring  2017-2018:

Placement and Eligibility Screening begins on September 5, 2017 (*locations, dates and hours will be announced in August 2017).

Winter Intersession Placement and Eligibility Screening begins on December 27, 2017. 

Spring 2018:

Placement and Eligibility Screening begins on February 5, 2018  in the Financial Aid Office. 

Last day of placement: May 03, 2018.

WARNING

After the eligibility screening has taken place, do not make any corrections to your Student Aid Report (SAR) (FAFSA application). If you make corrections, it may affect your Federal Work-Study (FWS) award. If corrections are needed, please contact the Financial Aid office.

If you are receiving a scholarships during the academic year, inform the Financial Aid Office of the amount of the scholarships and the semester terms awarded. Scholarships may have an affect on your FWS award.
