OLIVE at CCNY is an emerging interdisciplinary effort bringing together existing and proposed activities in research, academic education, sensory science, workforce development, sustainability, and international engagement around olive oil. The Olive Oil Research and Workforce Development Task Group is considering how these activities might connect and where CCNY could make a distinctive contribution.
