Through CCNY's international relationships and the United Nations University Hub, the initiative explores collaborations across olive-producing regions, including the Mediterranean and the Global South, particularly regions experiencing water stress.
Relationships in Argentina, South Africa, Australia, Greece, Italy, and elsewhere allow for comparative research and exchange.
CCNY's location in New York also creates possibilities for engagement with Consulates General, Permanent Missions to the United Nations, universities, producer organizations, and international institutions through lectures, workshops, tastings, and scientific or cultural events.
