Matthew K. Witter
Psychologist and Adjunct Professor at CCNY
Dr. Witter is a Student Psychological Counselor, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Psychology department at CCNY since Fall 2019. Dr. Witter has his doctorate in psychology from the Alliant International University-California School of Professional Psychology. He specializes in working with college students, people with disabilities, people who identify as LGBTQ+/Queer, and people with marginalized identities. In his teaching capacity, Dr. Witter has taught undergraduate and graduate students in Abnormal Personality, Theories of Psychotherapy, Multicultural Issues in Counseling, Career Psychology, Theories of Personality, Clinical and Counseling Psychology, and Adolescent Development. Outside of his work with CCNY Dr. Witter has a small private practice where he sees teenagers and adults.
