Research at the Grove School of Engineering

Bringing in more than $35 million in research and grants last year, The City College Grove School of Engineering is in the top 10% of engineering research institutions in the United States.Grove School faculty receive funding from the National Science Foundation, the National Aeronautic and Space Administration, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the U.S, and New York City Departments of Transportation, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Departments of Energy and Transportation, and the U.S. Army, among others.

Many of City College's multidisciplinary research centers and institutes are located in the Grove School, and many other faculty members have their own labs.All are an integral part of the undergraduate teaching team.
