One-On-One Training

To better meet content editor training topic needs and to more appropriately fit the content editor community schedule, all training sessions will be held as one-on-one sessions.

To request a one-on-one session, content editor's follow the steps below:

  1. Please login to the CMS to begin filling out the  “Service Request Form”  - The form is located on the Communications and Marketing subsite.
     
  2. Once on the form, under “How May We Help”, please select “Website Content Training”  - Be sure to provide any necessary information about your training needs in the section made available to you, including the desired date of training/“Preferred Project Completion Date”
     
  3. Click Submit

Once submitted, you will receive a response to your request and next step instructions by the end of the following business day.


Once training has been confirmed, please print appropriate slides, for your training convenience.

NOTE: Generally, Office of Communications and Marketing projects take between 2 days and 2 weeks to complete once all details have been finalized; this includes one-on-one training sessions. For last minute requests, or during campus wide busy seasons such as Commencement, we will work to provide you with options.
