Free Weekly Trauma Informed Yoga
From September 13th ─ December 12th (12 weeks), Exhale to Inhale is offering the CCNY community weekly yoga from Friday morning through Tuesday evening.

When you register, you will be registered for all 12 weeks and will automatically receive class links via email (30 minute & 15-minute chair and mat classes) at 7 am on Fridays. Those classes will be yours until 10 pm on Friday. After class, you will get an email with a short Wellness Survey that you are welcome to fill out! These surveys help Exhale to Inhale make sure the practices are available and useful.
