This official college ceremony which includes caps, gowns and academic regalia occurs each September in the Great Hall and features an academic procession of deans, faculty and members of the President's cabinet. Incoming students are sent information about the details of Freshman Convocation in early Fall.  This year's event will be in person.  The Community Read keynote speaker is Ross Gay.
