CUNY/CCNY students can now upload their proof of vaccination in CUNYfirst (more information below).

Please be advised:  The deadline to fulfill this requirement has moved from August 10 to Tuesday, September 14. The decision to extend the deadline was made in order to give students more time to be fully vaccinated and upload their information.
