The AccessAbility Center/Student Disability Services (AAC/SDS) ensures full participation and meaningful access to all of The City College of New York's (CCNY) services, programs, and activities in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, The Amendments Act of 2008, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Fair Housing Act of 1968, and other applicable Federal, State, and local non-discrimination laws. AAC/SDS accomplishes this goal through the coordination and implementation of academic adjustments, auxiliary aids, and support services for students with disabilities.

Public Safety

Major updates and emergency situations will continue to be communicated via multiple platforms, including but not limited to CUNY Alerts.  

While all CCNY Students, Faculty, and Staff are automatically enrolled and will receive CCNY Specific CUNYAlerts via their College email accounts.  You can easily customize how you receive alerts (via texts, phone calls, emails, etc.) by logging into your CUNYFirst account then going to your CUNYAlert settings. Telehealth Resources

The CCNY Counseling Center is open and is providing remote clinical services to actively enrolled CCNY students. Services provided include screening and assessment, crisis intervention, individual short-term counseling, group counseling, referral and case management, and workshops.

EXPIRED: STUDENT VACCINATION & VERIFICATION SUBMISSION DEADLINES.  Learn more about the CUNY/CCNY Covid vaccination student requirements.  

EXPIRED:  Faculty and staff vaccination & verification submission deadlines and information.  Please visit CUNYFirst to upload proof of vaccination status. DEADLINE IS AUG 6. 

EXPIRED:  CCNY's home as a vaccination site has expired. We do however offer weekly testing.  Learn More.

Visitors

Every visitor to the CCNY campus must show official identification to the public safety security guard and sign in at the desk in order to enter any of our campus buildings. While proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID tests are not required, it is important that anyone who is visiting our campus be mindful of their health status. If you are experiencing COVID-like symptoms, have recently been exposed or have recently had COVID-19 and have not yet tested negative, please stay off of our campus.
