Trainees currently receive an annual stipend of $29,364 from the NIH plus salary support from non-federal sources (home department at CCNY, mentor grants) that brings the total compensation to at least $37,500, or an amount mandated by the trainee's Ph.D. program (whichever is higher).
Tuition is typically included: from a CUNY Science Fellowship, from a CCNY Engineering Fellowship for Ph.D. students, or up to 60% from the G-RISE grant.
