The Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) is now under a new unit: IT Business Services (ITBS). The unit offers support on campus for network and telecommunications related problems. Support and maintenance activities cover a range of services providing wireless web/internet and technical support, help and all services for telecommunications and voice mail.
