Welcome to the City College’s One Stop Student Services Center, a centralized location to take care of many aspects of the “business” of being a student. We are conveniently located in the main rotunda of the North Academic Center (NAC). Room 1/205B. The One-Stop is designed to serve as a triage for students seeking guidance and resolution of issues as varied as, registration holds, Financial Aid questions, NY State residency status, advising question and much more.

Free, confidential, short-term individual and group counseling to help students deal with any issue that may interfere with their academics. Peer counselors available.
Bursar
Collects all tuition and fees. Provides ID validation each semester for continuing students. Only accepts cash or check at the window. For payments with debit or credit cards, use CUNYfirst.
