Dear CCNY Community,
As a result of the impending snowstorm and to ensure the safety and well-being of the CUNY community, we will shift to remote operations on Monday, February 23rd. Please implement full remote learning and remote work arrangements.
Upon a switch to remote operations, non-essential staff whose job functions can be effectively performed from an off-site location are expected to fully transition to remote work and continue carrying out their responsibilities from home throughout the duration of the storm. This includes maintaining regular communication with supervisors, being accessible during established work hours, utilizing approved virtual platforms for meetings, and ensuring that all assigned tasks, reporting obligations, and service commitments are met until campus leadership determines that on site operations can safely resume.
Supervisors should ensure that remote capable staff have the necessary access, tools, and instructions to remain productive and maintain continuity of services.
