The Clothesline Project: Honoring Survivors, Raising Awareness
In honor of October's Domestic Violence Awareness Month, join the CCNY Gender Resources Center for The Clothesline Project, a powerful awareness event that gives voice to survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking through decorated T-shirts displayed in solidarity and remembrance.
Participants are invited to create a shirt, share messages of support, and learn about resources available to survivors.
Special Guest: Representatives from the NYC Family Justice Center will be available to share information about free and confidential services, including counseling, legal assistance, safety planning, and victim advocacy.
Together, we will honor survivors, build community, and promote a campus culture of support, safety, and prevention.
