How Can I Merge My Course?
Instructors who need to merge courses on Brightspace should send an email to bbsupport@ccny.cuny.edu as far in advance of the beginning of the semester as possible. The course merge process is now managed by the CCNY LMS administrator.
How Can I add a Guest, Teaching Assistant or Observer to my course?
Instructors no longer have the ability to add users to their courses. As per CUNY central, in order to be FERPA compliant, Teaching Assistants and Co-Instructors with ACTIVE EMPLIDs can be added to the instructor table for the course on CUNY first. In 24 hours the course will display automatically on Blackboard.

 - For other users like Graders, Guest or Observer they would need to download and fill out the attached form then email it, along with an explanation, to bbsupport@ccny.cuny.edu .
 - We do not manually enter students into a course they have to be registered in CUNY First and allow 24 hours for the course to appear on Brightspace.
