Graduation Name Call Submission

Dear Graduates:

Please use the following link and guidelines to log in to phonetically add your name for the Name Call portion of the Graduate/PHD Ceremony on May 28th and for the Main Ceremony on May 30th.

THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING THIS IS May 22nd, 2025, should you not add your name you will still walk across the stage to a "Congratulations Graduate" phrase call.

  1. To login and listen to / update your name pronunciation, you will need your ccny email address and your EMPLID (called Student ID on the site).
     
  2. Verbiage idea for communications: Please use the link below to enter in your name pronunciation for your upcoming ceremony. Enter your CCNY email address and student ID number to access the platform. Editing Pronunciation in Namecheck - StageClip Student Support. (on this page there is contact form if they have issues). The deadline for this is May 22, 2025.
