Campus Resources

                1. Career and Professional Development Center

Students can participate in one of programs (Explorer Program, CPDI Internship Program, CPDI Senior Recruitment Program, Senior Experience), attend workshops, search CCNY Career Connections for job/internship opportunities, access valuable career information on our website, attend employer on-campus events or schedule an appointment to meet with a career counselor to discuss a personal career situation.

                2. Samuel Rudin Writing Center

Offers one-on-one assistance for students working on writing assignments and projects from any discipline. Visit us whenever you need someone to listen to your ideas, discuss your topics or assignments, and read your drafts. Writing consultants will work with you on planning, drafting, and revising — all of the important steps in your writing process.

                3. Other tutoring services

Includes information about where and how to get tutoring and academic assistance in the humanities (including foreign language help), sciences (especially Physics, Chem, Bio, and Math), School of Education, Sophie Davis, and Colin Powell Schools; also includes information on tutoring offered through special programs (SEEK, CWE, AccessAbility, SSSP, and more).

                4. Health and Wellness Services

Includes Student Health Services, the Counseling Center, and the AccessAbility Center. Critical life challenges can thwart student success in spite of the student's intellectual prowess, motivation and effective college support. These obstacles are generally related to finances, health, family and relationships.  It is recognized that students in crisis need immediate, useful and easily accessible support. Thus, Health and Wellness Services has been developed, and is a comprehensive social service network to help link students to appropriate services on campus.

                5. Student Life

Helps you make new friends, expand into new areas of interest, develop a hobby or develop your leadership qualities.  It also provides the support you need to maintain your physical and mental well-being on campus as well as assistance with health, financial and other issues with which you are dealing while attending school.

                6. Other Student Services

Financial Aid, the Registrar (who handles course registration and transcripts), Admissions (responsible for transfer credits and admission to the college), the Bursar (handles tuition, payments, etc), and the Testing and Assessment Office are all located in the Wille Administration Building on Convent Avenue (see map)

                7. The CCNY Bulletin

Comprehensive information on major requirements, departments, and school rules, policies, and regulations. The bulletin is THE authority on all academic matters at CCNY.
