Office of Enrollment Management

The Office of Enrollment Management supports the day-to-day coordination and operations of the Division of Enrollment Management. The Enrollment Manager works collaboratively with departments across the division to facilitate administrative processes, coordinate enrollment-related initiatives, support communications and special projects, and help ensure students receive timely and effective services. Serving as a central point of coordination, the office helps connect divisional priorities with operational needs while supporting collaboration among enrollment management offices and campus partners.

CCNY Reconnect

CCNY Reconnect helps students return to City College and continue their journey toward completing a degree. Housed within the Division of Enrollment Management, the program provides guidance and support to eligible students who have stepped away from college and are ready to re-enroll and move closer to graduation.

Office of the Chief Academic Advisor

The Office of the Chief Academic Advisor at The City College of New York (CCNY) provides leadership and coordination for academic advising across the college. The office works with students, advisors, faculty, and campus partners to strengthen advising services, promote student success, and help students navigate their academic journey from enrollment through graduation.

CCNY Navigate 360

CCNY Navigate 360 is a coordinated system that is designed to support student's academic success. CCNY Navigate 360 enables staff, faculty, and other authorized users to work together to connect students more efficiently with the various support programs and enrichment opportunities at the College. Users can manage appointments, conduct email campaigns, manage student caseloads, take notes, view student records, and provide students with support, guidance, and access to resources.

ASAP at The City College of New York (CCNY) is a comprehensive program designed to help transfer students complete their bachelor’s degree on time. ASAP provides financial, academic, and personal support, including intensive academic advisement and career development, as well as tuition, textbook, and transportation assistance.

CUNY Edge

Designed to provide academic and professional support to undergraduate students receiving public assistance. The program focuses on enhancing college retention, academic development, and career readiness by offering academic advisement, supplemental resources, and employment preparation. With a mission to empower students through education and professional growth, CUNY EDGE integrates academic guidance, career opportunities, and personal development support. The program also facilitates networking and fellowship placements, contributing to student success and workforce readiness.

Early College Now

The City College of New York (CCNY), the Early College Program partners with the City College Academy of the Arts (CCAA), a 6th-12th grade school, to create a safe, supportive, and challenging learning environment. Students can begin taking college courses as early as 9th grade, offering them an integrated academic experience that fosters success in higher education.

The College Now program provides students from New York City public schools with the opportunity to engage in early college-level learning. Through the program, students can enroll in credit-bearing courses taught either by faculty at The City College of New York (CCNY) campus or by instructors at their own high schools.

Participants have the chance to explore a wide range of subjects offered across CCNY’s divisions and schools. This early exposure to college coursework not only strengthens academic skills but also helps students build confidence, discover new interests, and prepare for the transition to higher education.
