Devin Chand Mehra is a biracial student of American and Indian descent, who currently studies at City College, CUNY. He is currently pursuing his BA in Philosophy and plans to do research and pursue a PhD. His main interests involve the philosophical study of Ontology, Mereology, and time consciousness structures. His goal is to explore the sufficient and necessary conditions for the creation of new thought in the world.
