Join us as Gloria Kimbulu (she/her) and Lorenzo Pachón Parrado (they/elle) host a mindfulness workshop. Students will co-create a space to learn about trauma-sensitive mindfulness, self-worth, and to reflect on their experiences as members of the LGBTQ+ and/or the immigrant communities.
