Equipment and Service Request Forms

WebCheckout is the web-based reservation system used to request academic technology resources, including audio-visual equipment and related services.

Users may access WebCheckout at the following link:

Before using WebCheckout or picking up reserved equipment, please be prepared to provide:

• A valid CCNY photo ID card with a current validation sticker
• Your CCNY email address ending in @ccny.cuny.edu, @stu-mail.cuny.edu

Notices

If you do not have a valid or current CCNY photo ID card, please contact Public Safety / The ID Office, located in NAC Room 1/206, for assistance.

If you do not have a valid CCNY email address, or if you need help with your CCNY login or password, please contact the IT Service Desk, located in NAC Room 1/301, or call 212-650-7878.

All requests for audio-visual services for events must be coordinated through the Events Management Office.
