  • Saturday: CLOSED
  • Sunday: CLOSED

  • CCNY EQUIPMENT LOAN POLICY:  

    1. All loaned equipment (e.g., laptops, iPads, accessories) must be returned by the end of the current semester, unless otherwise specified via email by the iMEDIA Reservation Desk.  

    2. Failure to return loaned items by the due date will result in a charge for the full replacement cost of the equipment and may lead to a hold on your student Bursar account.  

    3. Please review your reservation details and due dates carefully.

    4. If you have any questions or need to extend your loan, contact the iMEDIA Reservation Desk as soon as possible.

  • Acceptable Use of Loaner Devices:

    • Loaner devices must only be used for CUNY-related academic or business purposes in accordance with the CUNY Acceptable Use Policy.

    • Users are strictly prohibited from installing unauthorized or illegal software.

    • Devices will be wiped on return; please save your work to external storage.

    • Devices not returned on time will be remotely locked and wiped. All data will be permanently lost.
