The CUNY Dominican Studies Institute (CUNY DSI) has received $809,092 in federal funding for the creation of a City University of New York Cultural/Historical Legacy Initiative (CUNY CHLI) that will generate culturally and historically rich curricula and enrichment programs for K-12 students in partnership with the New York City Department of Education. CUNY CHLI will provide special training and faculty development programs for teachers and educators.
