Mobilizing Finance for Justice

11.29 Mobilizing Finance for Justice

How do we mobilize the capital and people needed to tackle deeply rooted systemic challenges such as climate change and wealth inequality?

On November 29, the MPA Program at CCNY hosted a panel discussion in Shepard 107 featuring social impact practitioners and industry insiders who shared insights from their own social impact projects and career pathways and explored the nexus where finance meets social change.

The panelists were Preeti Bhattacharji, Head of Sustainable Investing at JP Morgan's US Private Bank;  Erika Williams, Vice President of Client Development RSF Social Finance; and Eric Horvath, Adjunct Lecturer at the Colin Powell School MPA Program and Founder & Principal of Untapped Capital Consulting.

The event was open to the public in addition to CCNY faculty, students, and staff. Sign up here if you're interested in hearing about more events like this one - we would love to welcome you to our space.
