ExAM-Flow Group Dinner Celebrates the End of Spring 2026
ExAM-Flow members gathered for a group dinner to celebrate the end of the Spring 2026 semester. It was a wonderful opportunity to relax, reflect on the semester, and enjoy time together outside the laboratory. Thank you to everyone for your hard work and contributions throughout the semester.
ExAM-Flow Welcomes High School Students on GSOE Engineering Expo Day
The ExAM-Flow Lab welcomed visiting high school students during the Grove School of Engineering’s Engineering Expo Day. Lab members introduced our research in aerodynamics and multiphase flow, demonstrated selected experimental facilities and diagnostic tools, and spoke with the students about studying engineering and participating in research.
ExAM-Flow Welcomes Kenneth Levy ’64
The ExAM-Flow Laboratory was pleased to welcome distinguished CCNY alumnus Kenneth Levy ’64. Mr. Levy is the co-founder and chairman emeritus of KLA and a member of the National Academy of Engineering, recognized for his contributions to automated inspection systems for the semiconductor industry. Together with his wife, Gloria, he has also provided generous scholarship support for students in the Grove School of Engineering.
During his visit, lab members introduced our research in experimental aerodynamics and multiphase flow and shared the laboratory’s facilities and current projects. We sincerely appreciate his interest in our work and his continued support of engineering education at CCNY.
President Vincent Boudreau Visits the ExAM-Flow Lab
The ExAM-Flow Laboratory was pleased to welcome CCNY President Vincent G. Boudreau. During the visit, lab members introduced our current research in experimental aerodynamics and multiphase flow and presented selected facilities and diagnostic capabilities. The group also discussed student research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the laboratory’s continuing development. We appreciate President Boudreau’s time, interest, and support for research and student training at ExAM-Flow.

The group shared recent advances in experimental aerodynamics and multiphase flow, participated in technical sessions, and exchanged ideas with researchers and aerospace professionals from around the world.

ExAM-Flow researchers presented their work at the CUNY Advanced Science Research Center’s Nanofabrication Research Showcase Day. The event brought together researchers from CUNY and other institutions for presentations, posters, and scientific exchange. Our team shared recent findings, connected with researchers across disciplines, and explored opportunities for future collaboration.
