Student Services

A department that provides support for student success and enhances student growth and development.

IT Helpdesk
Provides technical support services to the college community and initiates technology
enhancement projects and implements innovative solutions to improve campus life.
• ID Office
Services include issuing ID Cards and handing out validation stickers.

• Testing Center
Responsible for administering and recording the results of the CUNY Assessment Tests
(CATs), Ability to Benefit (ATB) Test, and implementing the City University's testing
regulations and procedures.

• Career Services
Services offered - resume and cover letter critiques/writing, job/internship search
strategies, interview prep, deciding on a major, exploring careers, graduate school
application reviews, and more!

• Health & Wellness
A comprehensive social service network to help link students to appropriate services on
campus such as the counseling center, health services, and gender resources.

• Accessability Center
Coordination and implementation of academic adjustments, auxiliary aids, and support
services for students with disabilities.

• Veterans Affairs
Assists veterans in making a seamless transition from military service to the campus
community with significant resources in place to aid in that transition.

• International Student and Scholar Services
Provides services and advocacy for the international students and scholars who are not
permanent residents of the United States.

• Immigrant Student Services
Supports the academic advancement of immigrant students, informs CCNY staff and
faculty about resources and needs that immigrant students face, and more!
• Campus Store
A campus store selling CCNY spirit items, gifts, school supplies, health and beauty
supplies, and much more!
