This scholarship provides students with the opportunity to develop rigorous research skills, engage in ground-breaking studies, and manage and coordinate research projects. Students join an academic research project to inform leaders and policy-makers about sustainable solutions to social and environmental problems around the world.
The research topic/opportunity is subject to the MPA program's approval. With the program's support a student secures a placement as a Research Assistant with a full-time CCNY/CUNY faculty member. As an academic researcher your responsibilities might include collecting data, developing surveys, doing literature reviews, managing large databases, and coordinating research labs. Students are also expected to complete scholarship program assignments.
Upon completing your application, please submit your updated resume and the most recent copy of your academic transcript to Salome at: sgvinianidze@ccny.cuny.edu
