The B.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences provides working adults and non-traditional students with a broad education and a focused area of study that connects classroom learning to the workplace and the world. Interdisciplinary study means exploring a subject through more than one field, allowing students to deepen their knowledge in a selected concentration while connecting ideas, perspectives, and disciplines.

Throughout the curriculum, students strengthen critical thinking, reading, writing, and interpersonal communication. They learn to evaluate information and communicate ideas clearly in written, oral, and digital formats while developing intercultural understanding and global awareness. Together, these skills and perspectives prepare students to engage thoughtfully with people and issues in an interconnected world.
