Faculty & Staff CUNY E-mail

The City College of New York will migrate faculty and staff email services to the CUNY-managed Microsoft 365 environment on August 4, 2026 TBD. CUNY Login MFA

CUNY is adding multi-factor authentication (MFA) to CUNY Login. CUNY Login MFA will provide more secure access to CUNY applications and services and better protect your and CUNY’s data from cyber-attack. CUNY Login MFA is separate from the Microsoft MFA implementation required when using Microsoft 365 applications and services.

CCNY digital signage supports effective messaging to our campus community by visually broadcasting pertinent information about campus events, notices, and more.

Campus Broadcasts
The City College broadcast system has enabled the College community to share information efficiently and widely. The Campus Broadcast Policy outlines the best way to navigate between college related information, event flyers, student notifications, and 'spam'.

Web Hosting Service: Using Plesk Host Edition
A college related group, special program or faculty/staff website may also have a specific message that can not be conveyed in the CMS template. These college related groups, special programs or faculty/staff users may request a web hosting account for individual sites not hosted in the CMS.
