    • CUNY will be coordinating outreach to the new Mayor elect, they would like to do a University-wide presentation to the Mayor to get us on his agenda, no separate outreach should be done by CCNY.
    • COPs update – As part of the PMP Process, one new data point that is being collected is classroom utilization.  Need to review CCNY classroom data sheets at the next meeting to see where the college is relative to usage of classroom space.
  3. Presentation on New ECP Process
    • Kisha Shrouder presented on the new ECP process, which included performance cycle/timeline, the evaluation process, key core competencies, self-evaluation, alignment of goals, SMART goals, analyzing evaluation results, and a rating scale.  She shared samples of the performance evaluation forms that will be used.
      • She noted that evaluations should be a one-on-one process, between the employee and their supervisor, creating a private/confidential space. HR can be in attendance if a request is made by the employee/supervisor.
      • At the end of this calendar year, there will be mid-year reviews, and May 30, 2026 is the deadline when HR will need the final forms signed, they will then go through the HR process before sending over to CUNY.
      • A copy of the slide deck is attached for reference.
  4. PMP
    • EAB Navigate
      • Naomi Nwosu-Stewart is the Executive Sponsor (ES) for EAB Navigate and is responsible for setting a timeline, managing the process, ensuring completion of deliverables, etc.
      • She presented on Expanding EAB Navigate: Full Advising Coverage by Fall 2026.
        • Q&A – what kind of support is needed, who counts as an advisor, how will walk-ins be managed if their advisor is not available, can the program itself send alerts?
    • Master’s Program
      • Provost Liss is the Executive Sponsor (ES), he gave a presentation on the Master’s Program ROI.  With a dive into the CCNY Master’s Program and keeping in mind the bill passed by congress – looking at the financial outcomes, in order to be eligible for financial aid.
      • To keep program review moving along, a timeline will be created for the review process.
        • Q&A – how will governance be managed in terms of sunsetting a program, is there any CUNY guidance, can be a decision about funding then about curriculum:
          • Some programs are inactive (have done 25 over the past 3 years), others are still active, but have no students, faculty, funding, etc., but have not been sunset.
    • New Item Around Course Scheduling
      • Dean Couzis has agreed to be the Executive Sponsor.
      • Looking at the four-semester scheduling, how do we use to optimize, ensuring students graduate on time and not delayed
      • A recent Hecksher Report showed data highlighting 52% of students' graduation is delayed because their courses were not available when they were needed in order to complete their coursework on time and graduate.
      • Things to consider -  are we offering the classes at the right time? Is it asynchronous? etc.
      • Need to have readily available curriculum sheets, course maps to evaluate the process.
    • Note: Overall, need to think about the process, ensure it is clear, is the data that is being collected sufficient for the outcome/meeting the expectations?
