MPA Program at CCNY
While earning his MPA and working full-time in city government, second-year student Jashawn Frederick organized a GoFundMe campaign to help underprivileged children of color in the Bronx see Marvel's Black Panther movie.
"With the strong belief in the power of positive representation, the goal of this campaign is to help black and brown children see themselves on the big screen," Jashawn said.
