Testing requirement for NY State Aid eligibility
All New York State residents who have a foreign high school diploma are required to meet the New York State ATB standards to be eligible for TAP and NY State Aid.
To be eligible to take the ATB Test at CCNY, you must meet the following three criteria:

Score target
To fulfill the ATB testing requirement, you need to meet the scores listed on the following ATB test modules:
TIMING MATTERS
You must take and pass the ATB Test to meet the New York ATB standards to be eligible for TAP and NY State Aid by the add/drop period for the semester you are seeking the aid for.
Plan early, especially if you may need to retake a section of the test.
You may retest a failed test section 14 calendar days after your previous attempt.

Test Accommodations
If you need testing accommodations have your accommodations approved by the AccessAbility Center before scheduling the test. Then email your accommodation letter to testing@ccny.cuny.edu ; we will follow up to coordinate your testing appointment.
Test Results
ATB results are available through the Accuplacer Student Portal. To retrieve your scores, use:
