CTS Student FAQs

CCNY's Course and Teacher Survey is the college's end-of-semester survey where students give feedback about their courses and instructors. CCNY uses it to help assess and improve teaching and courses.

Surveys are administer during the fall and spring semesters.

Check your CCNY student email for the survey invitation. It includes your unique link for each course, available during the last two weeks of Fall and Spring classes. If you did not receive them or cannot open the survey, contact the Course and Teacher Survey Team at ctsurvey@ccny.cuny.edu .

Check your spam folder first. Search by using the word survey. If you believe a link is missing email us at ctsurvey@ccny.cuny.edu .

No. The survey is anonymous, and instructors receive survey reports only after grades have been submitted.

No. Each survey link can be used only once. Because responses are anonymous, individual submissions cannot be identified or changed after they are submitted.
