  • The Frederick Douglass Leadership Luncheon serves to honor the enduring legacy of one of America's most influential leaders while fostering the next generation of changemakers. The luncheon brings together established and emerging leaders to celebrate Excellence in Leadership. Drawing inspiration from Douglass's remarkable journey from enslaved person to renowned author, orator, and statesman, we recognize contemporary leaders who exemplify his courage, integrity, and unwavering commitment to justice.
