Congratulations on graduation!! In preparation, CCNY has implemented a short graduation survey that you need to complete. This survey is critical because the federal government is requiring universities to report on some of the information collected. Minimal personal information is collected but any personal information collected does remain confidential.

CCNY is also looking for your feedback so we can improve the academics and services offered here at the college. We do value your time and feedback so we have made the survey concise.

The survey is being delivered through your CCNY Career Connections account. Please visit https://ccny-csm.symplicity.com/students/ and follow the directions for FIRST TIME USER if you have never been in CCNY Career Connections. For your convenience we have also provided the directions below.

First Time Users:

• Visit https://ccny-csm.symplicity.com/students
• Click the Forgot Password link below
• Enter your CCNY email address for your username
• Retrieve password link from CCNY email account (temporary password link expires in 24 hours)
• Sign in back in using the link provided in the email. The survey will automatically pop up.
