2026 New York State Assembly Intern Program
The Assembly Session Internship is a comprehensive academic program which gives qualified students the chance to work in the New York State Assembly. Entering into its 55th year of providing a professional learning experience for college students interested in learning about state government.
The New York State Assembly Intern Committee aims to offer a quality, comprehensive academic internship for undergraduate students. Session Interns will receive a stipend of $8,800 for their participation in the Assembly Internship.
This is a National College Credit Recommendation Service (National CCRS) validated program, continuing the college credit recommendation for this Internship.
Applicants may be from any major, but should possess an exceptional degree of emotional maturity, professional awareness and be highly motivated to succeed.
