Support Services and Fees
Once your application has been reviewed and given preliminary approval status by the Office of Events Management, it will be formally presented to the CCNY Events Screening Committee.
In order to ensure the safety and sanitation of campus events the Events Screening Committee may assign event support staffing. Event support includes Public Safety representatives such as Campus Security Assistants (CSA) and Campus Peace Officers (CPO) as well as Physical Plant Services representatives, which includes custodians, laborers, and electricians.
Fees associated with an event are assessed by the CCNY Events Screening Committee and can include:

- Support Service Fees
Below, you will find more information about event support services and rates.
NOTE: All support services must be paid with non-tax levy funds.
|Public Safety Fees
4 hour minimum for all event.
|Fire Safety Director||$52.27/hr.|
4 hour minimum for all events.
- Internal Events
- $35 service fee for events during normal CCNY business hours (typically 9am-5pm M-F).
- In addition to the service fee, A/V support outside of business hours will be charged $35/hr. per technician assigned
- External Events
- $50/hr. per technician assigned. 4 hour minimum.
The Office of Events Management can provide a skilled Onsite Manager to assist in event execution.

Staff required outside of business hours will be charged an hourly rate of $60/hr.
