22 Review
23 Final Exam Cumulative Final
Grading: [5 Quizzes (20 Points) + Lab (25 Points) + Two Exams (20* 2 = 40 Points) +
Final Exam (35 Points)] = 100 Points.
There will be no makeup quiz for any reason. Five quizzes are equivalent to one exam.
Therefore, five quizzes can be replaced with one Exam and vice versa.
If you miss midterm or Final because of medical emergency, only then you will be able
to retake the exam. But you must submit a doctor’s note. Otherwise, you will be prepared
to earn either a lower Letter Grade or receive an Incomplete Grade. In case of an INC
grade, you must finish the required work by August-2020 to replace with a proper grade.
You, however, will not be given any opportunity to retake the quiz you miss.
Homework: Homework will be assigned, but they will neither be collected nor be graded, but they will be
solved in the classroom and solutions to the assigned problems will be provided.
Final Grade: The Final Letter Grade will be given to you based on the total points you earn according
to the scheme indicated above and the Grading Policy outlined by the CCNY.
