The Front Desk receptionist provides excellent customer service to a diverse student body and faculty. We are seeking a quick-thinking individual who is comfortable multi-tasking and communicating in a professional and welcoming manner.
Successful candidates should be able to work seamlessly with our team to assist students and uphold our policies and procedures. Typical responsibilities include scheduling tutoring sessions and ensuring all sessions run in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include completing special administrative projects.
Candidates with office experience, familiarity with multiple web applications including Zoom, and flexible availability are preferred. Applicants must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA to be considered and must be able to work 3-5 days/week.
