Overview
The Department of Biomedical Engineering offers a course of study leading to the Doctor of Philosophy degree (Ph.D.) in Biomedical Engineering. The goal of the doctoral program is to develop creative and productive researchers who are skilled scientific collaborators and admirable professionals. The program provides research opportunities conducted in an environment of collaboration among engineers, biological scientists, and health care professionals from both CCNY and some of the premier medical institutions in New York City.
