How Career Connection Works

The Civil Engineering Career Connection helps connect eligible CCNY Civil Engineering students with employers seeking candidates for internships, full-time positions, and other professional opportunities.

During each submission cycle, students are invited to submit an updated resume using their CUNY credentials. Submitted resumes are reviewed for eligibility and included in the department’s current resume collection.

At the end of the submission period, the resume collection is made available to approved employers who are interested in recruiting Civil Engineering students.

The program is open to currently enrolled undergraduate, master’s, and Ph.D. students in the CCNY Department of Civil Engineering

Please Note

The Career Connection system is currently being developed, and some of the automated features described above are not yet available. Students may still submit their resumes during this period. Submitted resumes will be securely stored and organized by the Civil Engineering Department for appropriate sharing with approved employers.

Before each new resume collection cycle begins, all Civil Engineering students will receive an email inviting them to submit an updated resume. Students who previously submitted a resume will also be encouraged to upload a new or updated version so that employers receive the most current information.
