In response to the ongoing Pandemic, uninsured New Yorkers can apply for coverage through NY State of Health (New York's Official Health Plan Marketplace) or directly through insurers. The New York State Homes and Community Renewal Agency (HCR) announced that the NYS COVID Rent Relief Program will be accepting new applications beginning December 18, 2020 through February 1, 2021. The eligibility criteria has been expanded to provide more relief for New Yorkers.
