Important Information for H&A Graduates

Graduate Salute

Tuesday, April 18th, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm in the Great Hall

Wednesday, April 19th, 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the Great Hall

The Graduate Salute is sponsored by the Office of Student Life.

Cap & Gown

Caps and gowns may be ordered at the Graduate Salute.

Online pre-ordering for Caps & Gowns: https://groups.ccny.cuny.edu/commencement/cap-and-gown-information-/

Standard Ordering: January 19, 2023 to April 21, 2023 - Students may choose on-campus pick-up or, for an additional charge of $13.95, have cap and gown shipped to their homes.

Expedited Ordering: April, 22, 2023 to May 2, 2023, shipped to home address (no on-campus pick-up) for additional charge of $19.95.

Cap & Gown - On-campus Pick-up Dates - Nat Holman Gymnasium.

May 24 from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm

May 30 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm

May 31 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm*

* As an H&A graduate DO NOT expect to pick up your cap and gown the morning of May 31 and make it to the H&A ceremony in time to participate.

Eligibility to Walk in the H&A Commencement

Only H&A Students who graduated in September 2022, January/February 2023, or applied for June 2023 graduation may walk in Commencement.
