Rifkind Faculty Fellowship

Rifkind Announcement 2019-2020

The Division of Humanities & Arts is pleased to announce a competition for one Rifkind Center Fellowship that will grant a faculty member on a professorial line (all ranks: tenure-track or tenured) a semester of full research reassigned time in FAll 2019 or Spring 2020. The purpose of the Fellowship is to enhance faculty research and creative activity leading to scholarly publications or exhibits, performances, or other forms of creative expression.
 
The application consists of a one- to two-page project proposal (single-spaced), list of all internal and external grants and fellowships received for the last 3 years, and current c.v. in CCNY format.  Please email the application, as one .pdf file, to  rifkindcenter@ccny.cuny.edu  by Monday December 3, 2018 at 12:00 noon.  Late applications cannot be considered.
 
Decisions will be announced by December 15, 2018. The decision-making body consists of the Rifkind Center Advisory Committee. The Fellowship program is made possible by the generosity of the Rifkind family and the Winston Foundation, which for many years have supported the Simon H. Rifkind Center for the Humanities. The Rifkind Center Fellowship program is an annual competition.
