DECEMBER

Tuesday, December 20

• Deadline to upload proof of COVID-19 vaccination Documents to CUNYFirst

Wednesday - Monday, December 21 - January 2

• Student Dropped for COVID-19 Vaccination Non-Compliance with initial series of vaccination shots(e.g. two doses of Moderna or Pfizer, one dose of Johnson & Johnson, or equivalent)

JANUARY

Monday, January 2

• Last day to file ePermit request for Winter Session;
• Last day to join waitlist for Winter 2023 courses;
• Last day to drop for 100% tuition refund;
• Last day of Registration;
• Student dropped for COVID-19 Vaccination Non-Compliance;

Tuesday, January 3

• Start of Winter Session;
• Classes begin;
• Last day to drop for 50% tuition refund;
• Last day to add a course;
• Last day to drop without the grade of "WD";

Wednesday, January 4

• Verification of Enrollment Rosters available in CUNYFirst Faculty Self-Service;
• Course Withdrawal drop period begins (A grade of "WD" is assigned to students who officially drop a class);
• Last day to submit a request for Independent Study;

Thursday, January 5

• Last day to drop for 25% tuition refund;
• Census Date - Winter Session;
• Last day to drop without the grade of "W";
• Course Withdrawal drop period ends (Last day for "WD" grades);
• Verification of Enrollment Rosters Due from Faculty;

Friday, January 6

• 100% Tuition obligation for course drops;
• Assignment of "WN" grades for non-attendance;
• Course Withdrawal period begins (A grade of "W" is assigned to students who officially drop a class) - No Refund;

Monday, January 16

• College Closed

Tuesday, January 17

• 60% Date of the Session

Friday, January 20

• Last day to file for P/NC option

Monday, January 23

• Course Withdrawal period ends.  Last day to withdraw from a class with the grade of "W"

Tuesday, January 24

• Final Examinations;
• End of Winter Session;

Friday, January 27

• Final Grade Submissions Deadline for Winter Session 2023

FEBRUARY

• Winter Session 2023 Degree Conferral Date
