INSTRUCTIONS

• Students interested in participating in the CWE Design Your Cap Contest should submit their designed cap and Google Form by the deadline (April 17th). Completing this e-form will enter you in the official contest. 

• One winner and one runner-up will be selected and announced at CWE’s Graduation Ceremony on Wednesday, May 27th. 

• Graduate Cap Story with the designed cap must be submitted no later than Friday, April 17th, to guarantee an exhibition spot at CWE. 

• The exhibition will be up from Wednesday, April 29th through Monday, Friday, May 22nd. 

• A reception will be held on April 29th--opening night for staff, faculty, students, alumni, and friends.

• Caps will be returned and available for pick up at CWE  beginning Friday, May 22nd, 2026, 5 PM.
