A CUNY ePermit facilitates the process of CUNY students obtaining permission to register for courses offered at other CUNY colleges. ePermits are granted when a course normally offered by the department is not offered during that semester. If you are applying for an ePermit due to extenuating circumstances, you can apply by email to
