Onboarding
For new students joining the Department, there is an onboarding packet that you need to complete. Contact Denise Addison, the Department administrator for forms and documentation:

CUNY is a rather complicated machine with several institutional parts. Although you are a full member of the CUNY Graduate Center Chemistry or Biochemistry Program, you will now be adding a new affiliation to your resume: You will join the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at The City College of New York. To become a member of City College, to get ID, email account access to campus, get paid via City College Payroll, and get Health Insurance, you need to complete the CCNY onboarding packet (also called new hire packet). This includes employment verification and many other forms and declarations. When you are assigned a teaching duty, you must be employed by City College.
The department administrator, Ms. Denise Addison, will be very happy to assist you. Ms. Addison will send the onboarding packet to your email or provide a shared folder. Please fill out all the forms promptly and send it back to her. Among the things you may be asked to have on hand are your CUNY EMPLID, and if you’re international: copies of passport, visa and I94.
